makhana (foxnuts)

1 cup

chopped onion

1/4 cup

chopped tomato

1/4 cup

Salt and chilli powder to taste

lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Dry roast the puffed makhana in a pan for 2-3 minutes and then season with salt and chilli powder. Toss well!

Step 2:

Add chopped onion and tomato to the makhana and drizzle on the lemon juice.

Step 3:

Toss well and serve immediately.
