Oil for deep frying



Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, oil, and salt.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 8:

Gently slide the rolled parota into the hot oil.

Step 9:

Fry the parota until it is golden brown.

Step 10:

Remove the parota from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Step 11:

Serve hot with your favorite curry.
