fat milk

plain yogurt

2 tablespoons

sugar

1 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a simmer.

Step 2:

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt and sugar.

Step 4:

Once the milk has cooled, add the yogurt mixture to the pan and stir until it is fully incorporated.

Step 5:

Place the pan back on the stove over low heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 7:

Transfer the mixture to a container and cover it with a lid.

Step 8:

Place the container in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Step 9:

After 8-12 hours, your low-fat curd is ready to be enjoyed!
