fresh litchi, peeled and pitted

ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon

ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon

ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon



Step 1:

In a medium saucepan, combine the litchi, sugar, water, and lemon juice.

Step 2:

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3:

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:

Add the cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Stir to combine.

Step 5:

Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 7:

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
