hoisin sauce

1/4 cup

Step 1:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Step 4:

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the hoisin sauce and chopped peanuts.

Step 6:

To assemble the lettuce wraps, spoon the beef mixture into the lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
