cooked white rice

2 cups

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

chopped cashews

2 tablespoons

chopped peanuts

2 tablespoons

chopped green chillies

2 tablespoons

chopped ginger

2 tablespoons

chopped curry leaves

2 tablespoons

chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons

lemon juice

2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 3:

Add the cashews, peanuts, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice and mix well.

Step 5:

Add the lemon juice and salt to taste and mix well.

Step 6:

Cook for a few minutes until the rice is heated through.

Step 7:

Serve hot.
