Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and scrub potatoes. Slice potatoes into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
Place potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
In a small bowl, mix together sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat.
Place potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip potatoes, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
