grated lauki (bottle gourd)

1/2 cup

plain yogurt

1/2 cup

cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon

garam masala

1/4 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon

chaat masala

1/4 teaspoon

dry mango powder

1/4 teaspoon

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves

1 tablespoon

Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the grated lauki, yogurt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder and salt.

Step 2:

Mix everything together until well combined.

Step 3:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
