Lauki Kofta is a popular Indian dish made with grated bottle gourd (lauki) and spices. The grated bottle gourd is mixed with spices and herbs, then shaped into small balls or koftas. These koftas are then deep-fried until golden brown and served with a spicy gravy. The gravy is usually made with onions, tomatoes, and spices.
