ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon

ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon

ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon

ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon

salt

1/4 teaspoon

Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Step 1:

In a blender, combine the yogurt, water, sugar, cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Step 2:

Pour the lassi into glasses and add ice cubes, if desired. Serve chilled.
