Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add besan and roast it for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add almonds, pistachios and raisins and mix well.
Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Grease your hands with ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball.
Place the ladoo on a plate and repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.
Serve the ladoo and enjoy!
