Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add besan and roast it for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add chopped almonds, cashews and raisins and mix well.
Remove from heat and let it cool down.
Once cooled, make small balls out of the mixture.
Serve the delicious laddu and enjoy!
