Ingredients

besan (gram flour)

2 cups

powdered sugar

1 cup

ghee

1/2 cup

cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon

chopped almonds

2 tablespoons

chopped pistachios

2 tablespoons

raisins

2 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the besan and roast it for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown.

Step 3:

Remove the pan from the heat and add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios, and raisins. Mix well.

Step 4:

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball.

Step 5:

Place the laddoos on a plate and let them cool.

Step 6:

Serve the laddoos and enjoy!
