Wash and cut the kundru into thin slices.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the chopped green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the kundru slices and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.
Cook for a few minutes until the kundru is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
