In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, yogurt, warm water, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a disc shape and prick it with a fork.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the kuboos for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve the kuboos hot with chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
