Wash and finely chop the cabbage.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.
Mix everything together and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
