sugar

2 tablespoons

lemon juice

2 tablespoons

black pepper powder

1 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

chaat masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, add the Kharbuja cubes, sugar, lemon juice, black pepper powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt.

Step 2:

Mix all the ingredients together until the Kharbuja cubes are evenly coated.

Step 3:

Serve the Kharbuja as a snack or as a side dish. Enjoy!
