Khandvi is a savory snack from the Indian subcontinent. It is made from a batter of gram flour, yogurt, and spices, and is steamed and then rolled into thin spirals, followed by a tempering with mustard seeds. It is usually served with a chutney made from coriander, coconut, and chili peppers. Khandvi is easy to digest and a good source of protein.
