In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cumin, sesame, ajwain, and salt.
Add the oil and mix until the oil is evenly distributed.
Slowly add water, a little at a time, and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll each ball into a thin circle, about 5-6 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the rolled khakhra on the pan and cook for a few minutes until it starts to puff up.
Flip the khakhra and cook for a few more minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from the pan and let cool.
Serve with chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
