In a food processor, add the dates, almonds, cashews, raisins, walnuts, pistachios, and desiccated coconut. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground.
In a large bowl, add the ground mixture and jaggery. Mix until combined.
Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the cardamom powder and mix until combined.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly.
Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, shape the mixture into small balls.
