Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the yogurt and milk and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the raisins and almonds.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
