Wash and chop the keerai.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal.
When the seeds start to splutter, add the chopped onion and garlic.
Saute until the onion is golden brown.
Add the chopped keerai and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
Mix everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes or until the keerai is cooked.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
