Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and salt.

Step 3:

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 4:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Step 5:

In a separate bowl, mix together the apples, walnuts, raisins, cranberries, jam, honey, and cream.

Step 6:

Pour the apple mixture into the prepared pie plate. Top with the dough, pressing it down lightly.

Step 7:

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 8:

Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
