Wash the poha in a sieve and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
When the seeds start to splutter, add the chopped onions and green chillies.
Saute for a few minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
Add the peanuts and saute for a few minutes.
Add the poha and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover and cook for a few minutes until the poha is cooked.
Add the grated coconut and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
