In a large bowl, mix together the chopped onions, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.
Add enough water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
Remove the bhajiyas from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
