diced tomatoes

1/2 cup

diced onion

1/4 cup

diced bell pepper

1/4 cup

olive oil

1 tablespoon

cumin

1 teaspoon

garlic powder

1 teaspoon

paprika

1/2 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste

garam masala

1 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the chickpeas, diced tomatoes, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 4:

Add in garam masala and water and cook on a low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5:

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Serve warm and enjoy!
