In a bowl, mix together the besan, yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, ajwain, baking soda, salt and oil.
Add the water and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and pakora mix and mix well.
Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
