Kadai Paneer is a popular North Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese), capsicum (bell peppers), and a mix of spicy and flavorful Indian spices. The dish is named after the 'Kadai', a type of Indian wok, in which it is prepared. The spices are freshly ground which enhances the taste of the dish. Kadai Paneer can be served with Indian breads like Roti, Naan or with Rice.

Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add the coriander seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onions and green chillies to the pan and saute until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
Now add the capsicum, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
Stir well and cook on low heat for a couple of minutes.
Add the paneer cubes and mix so that the masala coats well on the paneer.
Cook on medium heat for 5 more minutes and then turn off the heat.
Your Kadai Paneer is ready to be served.
