Kadai Chole is a North Indian dish made with chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, and spices. It is usually served with naan, roti, or paratha. The dish is made by sautéing onions, tomatoes, and spices in a kadai (a type of Indian wok) and then adding cooked chickpeas. The dish is then simmered until the flavors have blended together. The dish is usually garnished with fresh cilantro and served hot.
