tsp ginger-garlic paste

tsp red chilli powder

tsp garam masala powder

tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies and fry for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Fry for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add the chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 8:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
