Soak the Kabuli Chana overnight in water.
Drain the water and pressure cook the Kabuli Chana with enough water for 3-4 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add chopped onions and sauté till they turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.
Sauté for a few minutes till the tomatoes are cooked.
Add the cooked Kabuli Chana and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes till the chana is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
