Chicken Kabab or chicken kebab is a popular dish across the world. It involves marinating chicken pieces in a mixture of spices, yogurt, and lemon juice, and then grilling them on skewers. They are known for their wonderful blend of spices, tender texture, and smoky flavor. They can be served on a skewer or taken off the skewer and served in a plate with a side of rice and vegetables. They are typically seen in Middle Eastern cuisine but have been adopted by other cuisines due to its versatile flavor profile.
