Jhal Muri is a popular street food from the Indian state of West Bengal. It's a spicy, pungent, tangy and a bit sweet all at the same time. In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chillies.
Add the mustard oil, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Add the peanuts and mix again.
Just before serving, garnish with sev.
