Wash and soak the Basmati Rice for 15 minutes.
Heat the Ghee in a pan and add the soaked Basmati Rice.
Fry the Rice for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Add the Jaggery, Cardamom Powder, Water and Salt to the pan.
Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
Simmer the Jaggery Rice for 15-20 minutes until the Rice is cooked and all the water is absorbed.
Serve the Jaggery Rice hot. Enjoy!
