coconut milk

1/4 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon

ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon

ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon

ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon

salt

1/4 teaspoon

chopped cashews

1/4 cup

raisins

1/4 cup

chopped almonds

1/4 cup

Directions

Step 1:

Cut the jackfruit into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut milk, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and salt.

Step 3:

Pour the mixture over the jackfruit and mix until all the pieces are evenly coated.

Step 4:

Add the cashews, raisins, and almonds and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Step 5:

Place the jackfruit mixture in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Step 6:

Serve warm and enjoy!
