Ingredients

Semolina (Rava/Sooji)

1 cup

Rice Flour

1/4 cup

All

1/4 cup

purpose flour (Maida)

water

2.5 cups

Cumin seeds

1 tablespoon

crushed Black Pepper

1 tablespoon

chopped Onion

1

chopped Green Chilies

chopped Coriander leaves

1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the semolina, rice flour, and all-purpose flour.

Step 2:

Add water and stir well to avoid any lumps. The batter should be of a thin consistency.

Step 3:

Now add cumin seeds, black pepper, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, and salt to the batter and mix well.

Step 4:

The batter is ready. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5:

Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladle of the batter on the pan in a circular motion.

Step 6:

Add a little oil on the sides and center. Cook on medium flame until it turns golden brown.

Step 7:

Flip and cook the other side.

Step 8:

Serve the Instant Rava Dosa hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
