It is rich in iron and calcium and is great for diabetics. It can be served for breakfast or dinner, and goes well with chutney or sambhar.

Take the ragi flour and rice flour in a bowl.
Add curd, green chilli, asafoetida, salt and two cups of water and mix well to make a smooth batter.
Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladle of batter in the centre.
Spread it in circular motion to get a thin dosa.
Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook until the base becomes golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side.
Serve ragi dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
