Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and put them in a bowl.
Juice the lemons and add the juice to the chicken.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it is crispy and golden brown.
