Rava Dosa is a type of Indian crepe that is popular in southern India. The batter for this dosa is made from semolina (rava) and plain flour, which makes it crispy and golden. It's typically served with coconut chutney or sambar. Instant Rava Dosa is ideal for a quick breakfast or brunch as it does not require any fermentation.

In a bowl, combine the semolina, rice flour, plain flour, green chilli, onion, ginger, asafoetida, and salt.
Gradually add the water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. The batter should have a thin consistency.
Heat a dosa griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladle full of batter from the outer edges towards the middle. Do not fill the holes that appear.
Drizzle a little oil over and around the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown.
Flip over and cook the other side till it's crispy and brown.
Fold the dosa in half and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
