Rinse the dalia under cool water and set it aside.
Set your cooker over medium heat and add the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and onions and saute until the onions are golden brown.
Add the green peas, carrots, and capsicum and stir well.
Add the washed dalia, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and mix well.
Pour in the water and close the cooker.
Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the dalia is cooked to your preference.
Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before opening the cooker.
Serve the prepared dalia with a side of yoghurt.
