olive oil

2 tablespoons


1 teaspoon

black pepper

1/2 teaspoon

garlic, minced

2 cloves

lemon, sliced




Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2:

Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, then season it with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic for additional flavor.

Step 3:

Place the lemon slices inside the cavity of the chicken.

Step 4:

Put the chicken in a roasting dish and cook in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Step 5:
