1 cup

fine sev

1/2 cup

chopped onions

1/2 cup

chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup

chopped fresh coriander leaves

1/4 cup

boiled potatoes, diced

1/2 cup

tamarind chutney

2 tablespoons

green chutney

2 tablespoons

chaat masala

1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

crispy puri

1/2 cup



Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, fine sev, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, and diced potatoes.

Step 2:

Add the tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to combine them evenly.

Just before serving, add the crispy puri and mix well.
