Rinse the amlas and pat dry them. Cut them into halves and remove the seeds.
Blend the amla pieces and cold water together until well combined.
Strain the juice to remove any pulp.
Add honey or sugar to taste and stir well.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve chilled.
