Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Step 2:

Make a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs, olive oil, and water.

Step 3:

Using a fork, gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.

Step 4:

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Step 5:

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 6:

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

Step 7:

Working with one piece at a time, roll the dough out into a thin sheet.

Step 8:

Cut the sheet into strips of desired width.

Step 9:

Place the strips on a lightly floured baking sheet and let them dry for 30 minutes.

Step 10:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Step 11:

Add the pasta strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until al dente.

Step 12:

Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
