About

Homemade Chicken Biryani is a delicious and flavorful dish that is popular in many parts of the world. It is a rice-based dish that is cooked with spices, herbs, and chicken. The dish is usually served with a side of raita, a yogurt-based condiment. The dish is usually made with basmati rice, which is a long-grain rice that is known for its nutty flavor and aroma. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of spices and herbs, such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. The marinated chicken is then cooked with the rice and other ingredients, such as onions, tomatoes, and yogurt. The dish is then garnished with fried onions, cilantro, and mint leaves.
