chopped onions

chopped coriander leaves

chopped green chillies

chopped raw mango (optional)

green chutney

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, raw mango (if using), peanuts, sev, tamarind chutney, green chutney, salt and chaat masala.

Step 2:

Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3:

Serve the bhel puri immediately. Enjoy!
