roasted groundnuts

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

tamarind paste

jaggery

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a blender, add the roasted groundnuts, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, tamarind paste, jaggery and salt.

Step 2:

Blend the ingredients until it forms a smooth paste.

Step 3:

Transfer the groundnut chutney to a bowl and serve with your favorite snacks. Enjoy!
