Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the groundnuts and fry for a few minutes until they are lightly browned.

Step 3:

Add the salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur powder and chaat masala.

Step 4:

Fry for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Step 5:

Add the lemon juice and mix well.

Step 6:

Serve hot.
