Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chillies to a paste.
Marinate chicken with the paste, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, curd, and salt. Keep it aside for 2-3 hours.
Heat oil in a pan, and add the marinated chicken.
Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve hot with naan, rice or roti.
