large grapefruits

freshly squeezed lemon juice

sea salt

1/4 teaspoon

freshly ground black pepper

chopped fresh mint

2 tablespoons

chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons

chopped fresh chives

Directions

Step 1:

Peel and segment the grapefruits. Place the segments in a large bowl.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Step 3:

Pour the dressing over the grapefruit segments and toss to combine.

Step 4:

Add the mint, parsley, and chives and toss to combine.

Step 5:

Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
